Our selection of sharpening implements.
For knives made with the traditionally harder Japanese steel (Global & Shun) we recommdend the use of a whetstone or the Minosharp plus universal sharpener.
For most other of brands of knives, made from softer German, steel we ideally recommend the use of a honing steel to keep sharp knives in perfect condition or a diamond steel to resharpen a dull knife.
However the Minosharp and Ozitech sharpeners can be used to good effect across the ranges.
After sharpening your knives please hand wash in warm soapy water and dry immediately.
