As standard all KitchenAid Artisan mixers come with:

• a dough hook - for mixing and kneading yeast dough.
• a flat beater - for cake mixes, light dough and mashed potatoes.
• a wire whip - for whipping egg whites, cream or dips (not dishwasher safe!)
• a 4.83L stainless steel bowl - polished stainless steel bowl with ergonomic handle, or a glass bowl and lid depending on model.
• a pouring shield - allows you to add ingredients smoothly whilst mixing. Made from Lexan (polycarbonate), it affords a full view of the ingredients in the bowl. (does not come with the glass bowl versions)
